“Just back from Vancouver, British Columbia, and I had my second good dining experience at AquaRiva, a bright, modern restaurant facing Canada Place and the Vancouver harbor. Large, well spaced tables made conversation easy and several group tables appeared to be having a great time. Prices are moderate and the wine list features some interesting BC labels. OpenTable reservations are available.”
“CANDLE 79, New York, NY, A wonderful “vegan” restaurant on East 79th Street.”
“Just today had a great lunch in NYC: Barbounia, Park 20th. Mediterranean food, really delish and lovely decor (had a great vegetable soup and salmon dish that was excellent). Nothing pretentious–but quite good and would be great for business lunch/dinner.Website: http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http://www.barbounia.com”
“Without a doubt, I would recommend DEGUSTATION in New York. It is a tiny (<20 seats) Spanish restaurant on 5th Street near 2nd Avenue. The food is excellent as is the wine list. The best bets are the tasting menus (5 courses for $50 or 10 for $75). ENJOY!!!”
